      You will receive your premium custom made table pad in 3-5 weeks. If it is needed sooner, we offer special rush service for an additional fee.  Rush shipping ensures that the table pad will be shipped within 6 business.

    • How do I measure my table for a Table Pad?

    • I have an intricate table. How do I order a Table Pad for it?

      There are two options:

      1. Call us with your manufacturer and model number at (972)346-8179.  We have a database of thousands of tables.  We most likely have a pattern of your table on file.
      2. We will send you a pattern kit.  You simply trace half of your table and send us the template.  It is very quick and easy to do.  See our table pad measuring guide to see how it is done. Contact us today to receive a pattern kit.
    • What kind of warranty do you offer on your Table Pads?

      Our table pads are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty by the manufacturer.

      Here are the details:

      In addition to a 90 day workmanship guarantee, if you ever have any additional problems, including problems due to your own negligence or an act of nature, we will repair, reupholster or replace your table pad at no charge.  Simply return the pad section(s) with a proof of purchase.  When shipping, we encourage you to insure the package and make sure to protect the table pad with proper packaging.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.  Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

      We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover Card and PayPal.
